30 freaking weeks! That’s how long I have been pregnant. I can not believe I am even at number 30. I thought I would never ever get to this number. I don’t know for what reason I have been putting off writing about this on my blog, as I believe it is an interesting topic. But I have been so busy finishing some projects I have been working on that I haven’t had a chance to really sit down and write 🙁 how ironic.
A bit overdue but we wanted to be safe there are no risks 🙂 After 4 years of being together we are expecting a tiny human hybrid. (Half Brit half Cro, get it? ?) We are also shocked ? It will be interesting indeed. Thank you @karmen_oblak for these awesome memorable photos that we will cherish forever ? and thank you @ivanfriscic for helping us with styling, it's so hard to choose clothes now ? Wish us luck. Wish that poor baby some luck too ??? #pregnant #expecting #omg #babyloading #pregnantlife #couplephotography #pregnancyannouncement
When I first found out I was pregnant, it was super important for me to learn as much as possible. I remember signing up to this app called Ovia, cause they had an anonymous community so I used to ask all kinds of questions there. I was hiding my pregnancy for 24 weeks until I could not hide It anymore.
30 weeks passed by so quickly people, and I am really enjoying my pregnancy. To be honest I was so scared of my body changes but I welcome them now. I like my round belly and all these weird things that come with being pregnant. My baby moving inside of me is something I am already used to and expect. I like the fact I can eat whatever I want and I don’t worry about being bloated. I actually feel so much more confident now.
I do miss some things. I miss dressing up, wearing my favorite clothes, but I know soon I will be able to do all of that again. When I started my pregnancy I was 50kg, today I had an ultrasound and I was 65. That’s 15 kilos! Seriously?! Where did it go. I don’t feel like I’ve gained that much! To say I am not worried about how I will look later, would be a lie. I am so worried that it will be hard to take these kilos off, but then again I’m sure mother nature will do its job. Our bodies are amazing!
Since I have 2 months left until I give birth, I am starting to prepare with needed things for the baby. I already gathered some things and I am looking forward to showing you, and sharing advice with you, as I will deffo need a lot.
I think my biggest sin was the clothes. Baby clothes are so freaking cute! But I will keep that until gender reveal.
One other big announcement is that I am moving to the new apartment. I am so happy because it is absolutely gorgeous!! I will be making a separate post about my new apartment as well, and the baby room, but I plan on having the baby in my room for the first 6 months.
Since I am not going to be able to travel so much in the next few months, my blog will be getting a different kind of vibe as I will be switching to more lifestyle themed topics, until I am able to travel again with my baby!
Omg feels so weird saying ‘’my baby’’ I can’t even imagine being a mom!!!
I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life, and I will definitely be sharing some of my new foundings with you. I can’t believe only 2 more months are left! Time goes by so quickly 🙁
What should I write about regarding baby stuff? I am sure there is a lot of you who have questions before you step into the motherhood, I don’t know a lot, but i will try to answer any questions based on my own experience.
Let me know 😀
