After we settled in Pharos Bayhill hotel we ventured out to grab some food.
I heard so many great things about restaurants in Hvar so I had to try it for myself. The staff at the hotel highly recommended Butchery and Wine, so we decided to listen to them.
Butchery and wine is a very expensive restaurant, but for a good reason. Their chef is a magician. Waiter told us to have their surprise menu which we took because it is great to try new things.
For this occasion I decided to wear a dress that I bought in Camden markets first time I arrived to London . I never wore it before so I decided to finally take it out of the closet and put it to good use.
This is the menu you get to choose from , and honestly it is a very hard decision. That’s why we decided to go with the surprise.
I was served with a Tuna tartar whic was really delicious.
For Charles, it was a bit of raw meat.
Other courses followed, like this pasta with meat for Charles.
And a bit of seafood delight for me.
When you go over to the restaurant you will see the beautiful Spanish fort on top of the hill.
We were really tired that night because we woke up at four in the morning and when the food hit us, we fell in to an instant coma. We enjoyed the restaurant a lot. People were oassing by, the whole town lit up and it was actually quite romantic. If they had a bed there, I would probably just fall asleep. Short stroll back to the Hotel and we slept like babies.
